About Madambach
Theatre madambach is a world traveling artistic theatre for children founded in 1997
We creates visual theatre for children between 0-6. Through rich imagery, captivating soundscapes and a poetic use of words their theatre performances speak to the senses - in a language where the child feels at home. Madam Bach’s shows often branch out in other formats too; music, illustrated books, workshops or art projects, that promote creativity and curiosity, and encourage the child to engage beyond the theatre experience itself.
Creative learning is an important part of the work and that is why Pernille and Christian has built up a brand-new Art Space & Knowledge Base in Denmark for developing shows, art projects, artists in residencies and exploring Theatre for Early Years (TEY) with artists from all over the world.

Pernille Bach
She founded Theatre Madam Bach with Christian Schroder in 1997 in order to create high quality theatre for the younger audience. Her experience, creativity and unique ability to be ‘in tune’ with the children are a key to the success of Theatre Madam Bach. She has turned a milestone with 150 performances in China and tour in 42 countries with her shows and workshops.
His versatility as a musician, actor, composer and singer/songwriter has been a creative force in all of Madam Bach’s productions. International exchange and collaboration is a corner stone in Theatre Madam Bach’s work
